A smartphone monitoring and supervision application specifically designed for the Criminal Justice market to compliment traditional Electronic Monitoring solutions; offering a 'step-up'/'step-down' option from location monitoring bracelets for community supervised populations
InTouch – A smartphone monitoring and supervision application that was specifically designed for the Criminal Justice market to compliment traditional Electronic Monitoring solutions. Development came from customer demand for a monitoring solution for “low to high risk” participates that do not require traditional ankle monitors.
InTouch was designed to utilize the significant technology and capability of today’s smartphone devices while leveraging the prolific use of smartphones within the world’s population. Drawing upon our vast experience in providing location monitoring and supervision services to criminal justice, bail, and immigration populations;
InTouch provides the capabilities necessary for supervision agencies to collect information, communicate and monitor participant compliance utilizing a smartphone monitoring and supervision application.
The InTouch solution allows an officer to place an offender on curfew. Officers can enter a curfew schedule (for example 8am – 8pm) and designate a specific number of random check-ins to occur (based upon risk level), plus draw geographic zone parameters of where they want the client to remain inside of (for example, the home). A GPS location is included with every check-in; which enables the officer to assess whether the supervised person is at home during their required hours. These features ensure monitoring compliance of curfews on an offender 24/7 without using complex or expensive hardware.
